Douglas R. Waggoner

Mr. Waggoner has served as our Chief Executive Officer since December 2006 and on our Board since February 2008. Mr. Waggoner also has served as our Chairman of the Board since June 2015. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Waggoner founded SelecTrans, LLC, a freight management software provider based in Chicago, Illinois. From April 2004 to December 2005, Mr. Waggoner served as the Chief Executive Officer of USF Bestway, and from January 2002 to April 2004, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing for USF Corporation. Mr. Waggoner served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Daylight Transport from April 1999 to January 2002, Executive Vice President from October 1998 to April 1999, and Chief Information Officer from January 1998 to October 1998. From 1986 to 1998, Mr. Waggoner held a variety of positions in sales, operations, marketing and engineering at Yellow Transportation before eventually leaving the company as the Vice President of Customer Service. Mr. Waggoner holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University.

Nelda J. Connors

Nelda J. Connors has served on the Board of Directors since April 2013. Ms. Connors is the founder, chairwoman, and CEO of Pine Grove Holdings, LLC, which invests in companies that offer original equipment, manufactured and remanufactured products, and aftermarket services.

She served as president and CEO of Atkore International Inc. from December 2010 until June 2011. Atkore, formerly the Electrical and Metal Products division of Tyco International, became a privately-held company in December 2010. Ms. Connors served as president of this Tyco division from 2008 through 2010.

Prior to joining Tyco, she served as vice president at Eaton Corporation from 2002 to 2008, holding several positions in operations, continuous improvement, and general management. Prior to Eaton, Ms. Connors was employed in a number of executive and management capacities in the automotive industry. Her work over twenty-five years has involved responsibilities in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Ms. Connors is a Class B director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago; a director of Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX), CLARCOR, Inc. (NYSE: CLC), and Vesuvius plc. (LON: CKSN); and an appointed member of the Takata Independent Quality Assurance Panel. She previously served on the board of Atkore and Blount International.

Ms. Connors holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Matt Ferguson

Matt Ferguson has served on the Board of Directors since February 2010. He is currently the president and CEO of, the nation's largest online job site, as well as co-author of The Talent Equation. An employment expert, Mr. Ferguson has appeared on programs such as CNBC Squawk Box, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, the TODAY Show, Nightly Business Report, and CNN to discuss the state of the job market, hiring practices, and workplace topics.

As CEO of CareerBuilder, Mr. Ferguson has led the company’s transformation into the number one online recruiter. Before becoming CEO in 2004, he served in roles as senior vice president of business development and chief operating officer (COO).

Prior to joining in 2000, Mr. Ferguson served as senior vice president of business development at and developed strategic partnerships for He also started two entrepreneurial ventures and practiced law at Baker & McKenzie. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University.

In addition to Echo, Mr. Ferguson serves on the boards of Capella Education Co. (NASDAQ: CPLA) and CareerBuilder Inc.

David Habiger

Dave Habiger has served on the Board of Directors since December 2012. He is a venture partner at the Pritzker Group and a senior advisor to Silver Lake Partners.

From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Habiger served as a board member and CEO of Textura (NYSE: TXTR), a cloud-based provider of collaboration tools and payment platform. Prior to that, he served as CEO of NDS, a provider of video software and content security solutions, from 2011 through it sale to Cisco in 2012. From 2005 to 2011, he served as president and CEO of Sonic Solutions (NASDAQ: SNIC), a leading provider of digital media software.

Mr. Habiger holds a BBA from St. Norbert College and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

In addition to Echo, Mr. Habiger serves on the public boards of Control4, DTS, Enova, and Immersion Corporation.

Bradley A. Keywell

Brad Keywell is a cofounder of Echo Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO) and has served on the Board of Directors since our inception in 2005. He is the cofounder and CEO of Uptake Technologies, a predictive analytics and actionable insight SaaS platform for global industries such as construction, rail, and mining.

With business partner Eric Lefkofsky, Mr. Keywell has cofounded several other companies, including Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN), MediaBank (now Mediaocean), and Drivin. He is also a managing director of Lightbank, a technology-focused investment fund, and the cofounder and chairman of Chicago Ideas Week, a global ideas and innovation platform.

Mr. Keywell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Michigan School of Law.

In addition to Echo, Mr. Keywell serves as chairman of the Future Founders Foundation and on the Board of Directors of Groupon and Mediaocean. He also serves on the foundation board of the NorthShore University HealthSystem and on the board of trustees of Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) and the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Mr. Keywell is an advisor to the Polsky Center of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago and an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Samuel K. Skinner

Samuel K. Skinner has served on the Board of Directors since September 2006. From February 2007 to May 2015, he also served as Chairman of the Board of Echo. He is currently Of Counsel to law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he consults with clients in areas such as state and federal regulatory matters, transportation issues, and corporate governance.

From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Skinner served as chairman, president, and CEO of USF Corporation. From 1993 to 1998, he served as president of Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation (Exelon; NYSE: EXC). Prior to that, he served as the Chief of Staff to President George H. W. Bush from 1991 to 1992 and the Secretary of Transportation from 1989 to 1991. As Secretary, Mr. Skinner developed transportation policy and legislation. In 1975, he was appointed by President Gerald R. Ford as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Skinner holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is a former officer in the United States Army and is a member of the U.S. Army ROTC Hall of Fame.

In addition to Echo, Mr. Skinner is currently the vice chairman of Virgin America Airlines (NASDAQ: VA) and a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI) and the Chicago Board of Options Exchange (NASDAQ: CBOE).
