Douglas R. Waggoner

Mr. Waggoner has served as our Chief Executive Officer since December 2006 and on our Board since February 2008. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Waggoner founded SelecTrans, LLC, a freight management software provider based in Chicago, Illinois. From April 2004 to December 2005, Mr. Waggoner served as the Chief Executive Officer of USF Bestway, and from January 2002 to April 2004, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing for USF Corporation. Mr. Waggoner served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Daylight Transport from April 1999 to January 2002, Executive Vice President from October 1998 to April 1999, and Chief Information Officer from January 1998 to October 1998. From 1986 to 1998, Mr. Waggoner held a variety of positions in sales, operations, marketing and engineering at Yellow Transportation before eventually leaving the company as the Vice President of Customer Service. Mr. Waggoner holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University.

David B. Menzel

Mr. Menzel has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2008. From May 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Menzel was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of G2 SwitchWorks Corp., a travel technology company. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Menzel served as a managing director of Parson Consulting, a management consulting firm. Mr. Menzel served as the Chief Executive Officer of YesMail, Inc. from 2000 to 2003,and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Menzel was also the Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Software from 1994 to 1999, and worked in the Audit and Financial Consulting Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Menzel holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Florida State University.

David C. Rowe

Mr. Rowe has been our Chief Technology Officer since September 2007. From January 2005 to September 2007, Mr. Rowe was the Chief Information Officer at UGL-Equis Corporation. From October 2003 to January 2005, Mr. Rowe was a Managing Principal with EMC. Between April 2001 and October 2003, Mr. Rowe worked as a technology consultant. From March 1997 to April 2002, Mr. Rowe was the Vice President of Information Technology at USweb Cornerstone. Mr. Rowe is a graduate of City and East London College with a degree in Computer Science.

Scott Boyer

Scott Boyer has been hired to oversee all acquisition locations as well as the Enterprise sales effort for Echo. Mr. Boyer has more than 16 years of Business Development and General Management experience in the Transportation and Supply Chain industry, having most recently served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for PLS Logistics Services. Mr. Boyer has had Executive positions within Penske Logistics and Caterpillar Logistics. Mr. Boyer holds an MBA from Florida Tech as well as undergraduate degrees in Nuclear Technology and Management.

Michael Mobley

Mr. Mobley has been has more than 20 years of operations, supply chain management, and large-scale software implementation experience, having recently served as Vice President of Supply Chain for Omron Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Mobley holds a B.S in Engineering with a minor in Operations from the University of Illinois, and an M.B.A from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
