EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

  • Management Training: We offer robust Supervisor Training and Management Training programs to identify and develop future leaders of our organization
  • New Hire Training: All incoming new hires undergo training for all policies and system familiarization required for their specific department
  • Sales Training: All incoming client and carrier sales new hires undergo a two month program covering operations and account management in addition to continuous learning after joining the sales floor

INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION (ISO) TRAINING

  • Existing Employees: Awareness training is provided by Quality Management or the employee’s department supervisor regarding Echo’s compliance efforts
  • New Hire Training: Awareness training is provided to all new hires at the time of Human Resources orientation

GENERAL TRAINING

  • Safety Training: All employees must complete fire and life safety online training, while the Company will perform fire, active shooter, and emergency drills throughout the year
