Focus on our Employees

Echo provides various employee focused programs and resources.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are groups of Echo employees working together to support each other and to  give back to the community. Anyone is welcome to participate!

These employee-led groups help Echo employees at our offices participate in volunteer opportunities such as food drives, tutoring, environmental cleanups, non-profit fundraisers, and community service events.

Some of the ERG’s that exist are: Echo Pride, Women at Echo, Echo Families and Military Employee Interest Groups.

Employee Wellness

Above and beyond standard benefits offerings:

Gympass: Knowing how important health and well-being is to our employees and their families we are proud to be the first in our industry to partner with Gympass. Gympass provides our employees with unlimited access to 1,000 gyms, studios and fitness center with up to 75% off market prices.

Zest Health: Zest is a mobile solution that enables our employees and their families to navigate the confusing world of healthcare. This solution tailors to the needs of each member, helps avoid unnecessary medical costs and boosts benefit satisfaction.

Employee Development

LEAD: In this quarter-long leadership development program, first-time managers reflect on their own leadership ability and communication style to identify their strengths and areas for development as leaders. Leadership skills such as relationship-building, feedback, coaching, motivating, and delegating are taught using a combination of classroom and on-the-job activities and personal reflection.

GPS (Grow. Perform. Succeed): GPS offers two tracks for professional development:

  1. GPS General Track: Open to all employees, these monthly lunch-and-learn sessions cover personal and professional development topics like Excel, giving feedback, public speaking, health & financial wellness and more.
  2. GPS Leadership Track: Designed for all managers to provide monthly leadership development courses that build upon the LEAD program they attend as first-time managers at Echo.

Additionally, there are numerous industry leading benefits that Echo provides to our employees. More details on these benefits can be found at https://www.echo.com/careers/life-at-echo.
